(1) Mixing the operating surface knee pressure safety device. Once in emergency, knee press the iron and rollers immediately reversed to stop turning, safe and effective.
(2) Operating desk front and rear with four emergency stop buttons, easy touch switch stop the machine in case of emergency.
(3) In the top of the roller with the far infrared device based on customer requirements, equipment stops when touching the infrared range.
(4) Can be equipped with semi-automatic hanging rubber device, without directly hanging, and increase personnel safety factor.
(5) Up roller has a protective cover to ensure the safety of the operating personnel.
4. After rubber mixing mill complete installation, will have the load test 4-6 hours to reduce debugging time and cost.
